1. About TĀJI Restoration
TĀJI Restoration is a functional trichology boutique owned and operated by a Certified Trichology Specialist and Licensed Cosmetologist in New York City. Our services are provided in partnership with Atelier Confidence, a licensed med spa that facilitates bookings, payment processing, and the administration of certain specialty treatments.
TĀJI Restoration does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment. Our assessments and recommendations are rooted in trichology and holistic health practices and are not a substitute for medical care from a licensed physician.
2. Services
TĀJI Restoration offers the following categories of services:
• Discovery Services: Comprehensive Hair & Scalp Assessments, Consultations, and Hair Loss Genetic DNA Testing
• Treatment Services: Hydro Scalp Facials, Exosome Scalp Therapy, Biosome Scalp Therapy, and related regenerative treatments
• Virtual follow-up consultations, which are complimentary and included as part of your care
Specialty treatments involving exosomes, biosomes, or injectables are administered exclusively by licensed providers at Atelier Confidence. TĀJI Restoration coordinates these services but does not administer them directly.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Bookings & Scheduling
• All appointments are booked through Atelier Confidence on behalf of TĀJI Restoration
• You will receive a confirmation upon booking; please review it carefully for date, time, and service details
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion
• TĀJI Restoration reserves the right to reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances
4. Payments
Payment for all services is collected by Atelier Confidence at the time of booking or service. TĀJI Restoration does not independently process or store payment information.
All fees are disclosed at the time of booking. Service prices are subject to change without prior notice, though existing confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
5. Health Intake & Client Responsibility
Accurate health information is essential to the quality and safety of your care. By booking a service, you agree to:
• Provide complete and truthful information on all intake forms
• Disclose any known allergies, medical conditions, medications, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment
• Notify TĀJI Restoration of any changes to your health status prior to your appointment
TĀJI Restoration and Atelier Confidence reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline services if health intake information is incomplete, inaccurate, or indicates a contraindication.
6. Lab Testing
TĀJI Restoration may recommend functional lab testing as part of a comprehensive hair and scalp assessment. All lab testing is ordered, performed, and managed exclusively by licensed providers at Atelier Confidence in compliance with New York State regulations.
TĀJI Restoration does not order, perform, or directly coordinate lab testing. Any recommendations made by TĀJI Restoration regarding lab work are advisory in nature and do not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment plan.
7. Results & No Guarantees
Hair and scalp restoration is a process that varies by individual. While we are committed to providing the highest standard of personalized care, TĀJI Restoration does not guarantee specific outcomes from any service, treatment, or product recommendation.
Results depend on a range of factors including individual health, adherence to recommended protocols, and consistency of care.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on tajirestoration.com — including text, imagery, branding, the TĀJI Restoration name and mark, and all written materials — is the intellectual property of TĀJI Restoration and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
